Almost a croque embouche

This was supposed to be a pretzel roll croque embouche with Dubliner cheddar but we ate most of the rolls. Maybe it would have been pretty art if it wasn’t so tasty.

Those round things in the back will be a triple-layer chocolate chocolate chip stout cake (made with Storm King Imperial stout) with a rich chocolatey frosting. Happy birthday, Eileen!
